2007-09-23 [windowframe]: It's plastic? Aaaand thus, not paper. However, putting a bit of glue on the back of some paper, doesn't make it not paper. O_o Iit just makes it sticky paper.

2007-09-24 [Artsieladie]: Thanks, [Khronos Atmosphaera]! There's some pretty awesome art, erm, 'doodles', here! Liquid embroidery is a fabric ink or paint. It comes in tubes with tips to ink or paint with. Once it dries, it is permanent. It's very often done/used for designing on things like tablecloths. :)
